All of our prices are Inclusive of GST.

 

At NZ Online Door Store we also have a Money Back Promise which sits alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

Freight Contribution

Because we have moved to a system where you purchase a minimum of 1 item, we have had to ask for a contribution to freight fees. We are looking to provide incentives to those choosing to shop online, however if we don’t charge for the smaller orders we can end up literally giving away our products.

 

We must also thank our Suppliers as they are prepared to ship your products directly to you on our behalf. This avoids an additional freight charge which we can pass on to you via our overall pricing.

 

The freight fee is not determined by where in NZ you are, we have just taken the average cost and will apply it to all order depending on the total order price.

 

Orders under $95.00 will be asked for a $5.50 flat rate freight fee.

Order over $95.00 will have FREE Freight.

 

Rural Delivery 

We do not charge extra for Rural Delivery.

 

We understand that you maybe shopping online rather than popping down to your local hardware shop. As those of you who are in RD areas appreciate that that can add a further $10 or more to freight charges.

 

We are looking to support shopping online and appreciate that RD areas  support our store so this is our small thank  you for shopping with us.

 

The Checkout

When you add you products to the Checkout, the product GST Inclusive price will show and the Quantity you ordered.

 

When you provide your details and go to confirm your order our courier fee will be applied depending on the total of your order.

 

Coupon Codes & Discounts

We use Coupon Codes to provide you with a discount. If you have come via our online advertising you would have seen a Coupon Code in our Ad or we may have emailed you a Coupon Code.

 

When you go through the Checkout Process you will be asked if you have a Coupon Code. (Blue Link in Red Circle)

Click on the link and enter the Coupon Code provided and the shopping Cart will update your order and apply the discount associated with your code.
